Hour Glass Shape
If you have picked the hour glass shape then the main workout you need to do is based on the stomach and inner and outer arms. your basic tummy workouts are sit ups that works your top stomach and crunches work your lower stomach but be aware that sometimes people get this thing called belly pooch its this bad abdominal fat that won't go but not to worry i will have some videos on here very soon, that will tell you how to get rid of the belly pooch its so simple its like yoga basically. With crunches you lay flat on the floor and then bend your knees but still with your feet on the ground flat. Then put your finger tips on your head and then lift your upper body just about 4-5cm's. Sit ups are basically the same as crunches only you lift your body up more further do about 200 sit ups and crunches each to start with. The arm workouts are simple, you find a piece of furniture that is quite stable and just about up to your hips and then lean your hands on the furniture, but your stomach has to be facing the opposite way of the furniture and then crouch and keep on going up and down and you will feel your muscles burning and you will easily loose that weight. Now for the diet i would eat for breakfast some (oats and more) cereal its a great cereal or you could eat some weatabix there both healthy they've got fibre and energy so it will make you more up to working out. For lunch humous on ryvitas itss great also healthy and delicous my sister ate that for lunch and she found it yummy. For dinner i would have vegetable stew or pasta or corn beaf because meat is very fatty.Soon i will have some new recipies on here but not yet.GOOD LUCK!!!
